Sales
Your sellers spend most of their time not selling.
Research, note-taking, CRM hygiene, follow-up drafting. None of it is the job, all of it is the calendar.
You will recognise this if
- Account research is redone by each person who touches the account.
- Call notes are written from memory, hours later, or not at all.
- Follow-ups go out late because writing them from scratch takes twenty minutes.
- CRM data is unreliable, so forecasting is guesswork.
How we approach it
- Automate the recording and the retrieval, not the relationship.
- Draft follow-ups from what was actually said, and leave editing and sending to the seller.
- Assemble account context before the call rather than summarising after it.
- Measure time returned to selling, not messages generated.
The honest version. Generated outbound at volume damages your brand faster than it fills your pipeline, and your buyers can tell. We will not build that, and this is one of the few places we say no outright.
