The problem
Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have a prioritisation problem. Someone has a list of ideas, nobody can say which one pays back, and the loudest idea wins by default. That is how four out of five AI projects end up delivering nothing.
What the audit actually produces
The audit moves from the organisation to its processes, scores the opportunities those processes contain, and sorts each one into three outcomes: kill it, test it, or build it. Killing an opportunity is a valid and common result.
What we actually do
- Map how the work actually happens, not how the org chart says it does.
- Cost the repetitive work: volume, time per unit, fully loaded hourly rate.
- Score every opportunity on impact, feasibility, cost and risk, with the scoring published rather than asserted.
- Check whether the data those opportunities depend on exists and is usable.
- Produce a roadmap split into quick wins, medium term and structural projects, each with a cost range.
When this is the wrong answer. You already know exactly what to build, you have the data, and you just need engineers. In that case skip the audit and hire the build directly. We will tell you so on the first call.
