The spreadsheet that runs a department, replaced by a tool built for that job.

When nothing off the shelf fits

The problem.

Somewhere in your company a spreadsheet and an email thread are doing the job of a system. Everyone knows it is fragile, nobody owns it, and the products on the market either do a fraction of what you need or force your team to change how it works.

How it works.

Mapped as it really runs Workflow
Scope cut before building One job
SSO, ERP, CRM, files Your systems
Maintained, documented In use

What we do.

  • Start from the workflow mapped in the audit, not from a feature list.
  • Cut the scope to the one job the tool has to do well, and build that first.
  • Connect it to what you already run: single sign-on, your ERP or CRM, your file shares.
  • Hand over the code and the documentation, and keep maintaining it if you want us to.
When this is the wrong answer

A mature product already does most of what you need. Then buy it and configure it: it will be cheaper to run and someone else maintains it. We will say so rather than build something you did not need.
